OUR SERVICES

Retained Candidate Search

Retained Candidate Search is the most cost effective way to hire for multiple openings.  This is a slimmed-down version of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing offering.  By employing this option, you reduce both cost-per-hire and time-to-hire.  For a simple monthly fee, you get the full power of Concero Search Partners’ network of recruiters to find and screen candidates that meet your specific needs.  We will develop a realistic timeline in which we will fill all the agreed upon openings.

Contingent Fulfillment

Worried about getting your money’s worth?  Contingent recruitment may be the right solution for your company.

  • This is a pure pay for performance model.  We assume the risk – you fill your open positions.
  • The bottom line - you don’t pay unless you hire our candidate.
  • You can still expect our high-quality highly-sought-after candidates to progress through the process.  The difference is; if you don’t like what we offer, you aren’t out a penny.

This option works best if your company only has a handful of open positions to fill.  Concero’s fee for this service is derived from a percentage of the first year base salary for the position.  Although this is not the least expensive cost-per-hire model, it certainly guarantees you get what you pay for.

Due to the burden of risk taken on by Concero, we generally only accept a Contingent Fulfillment search when we are the exclusive agency engaged in the process.

"Amy is an excellent sales recruiter.  I would hire her again. She worked closely with me and my management team to hire 10+ new hires. She is focused, dependable and responsive. We would never have achieved our hiring plan without her."
